New Month, New Goals

So, it's already a few days into February, but I wanted to take a moment and jot down my goals for THIS MONTH. I have fitness goals for the year, but I want to focus on my monthly goals, which will ultimately help me achieve my yearly goals.

1. Complete the rest of the first month of Insanity
2. Consistently workout so I don't get behind again on Insanity
3. Run at least 4 times during the rest of the month.

I plan on running the Redlegs Run 10K again this year. Last year I "ran" it, but I had to alternate between running & walking. My goal is to run the entire thing this time. Also, I plan to participate in the Sprint Triathlon again this year, but as an individual as opposed to as part of a relay team. Last year I did the bicycling portion of the tri, but this year I'd like to do the whole thing. I have to continue to workout to be able to increase my endurance and stamina.
