YES!!!! I lost another 4# I am 1# away from my mini goal. I have lots of weight to get off but hey I'm proud of myself. I used to be able to drop weight by just not eating for a while, yeah that just doesn't work. This plan is the best ever. I'm eating great food, I treat myself once in awhile, and exercise everyday. I never thought I would loose so much weight the right way. I LOVE to eat and that doesn't have to ever change. I eat until I'm full, listening to you body is key. I LOVE SPARK AND EVERY SPARKIE!
