So I totally think I need someone to stand by my side and keep me on track EVERY day!! I have no clue what my issue is with sticking to things like this! I'm horrible! The past couple of weekends we've been dealing with the stomach bug in our home and yes, it takes a couple days to recover from that, but surely I can get back on track after a couple of days! I just get thrown off and skip out on my exercise! Then I get mad at myself for letting myself slip backwards.
In the middle of a 30 Day Squat Challange and 30 Day Abs Challange with co-workers and I'm behind!! I was doing so good for a while! TODAY I am getting back on track and going to work towards catching up and still completing all of those days I missed! It's going to be killer on me!!
