Strength exercises are happening!

So much has happened since Friday, it's amazing. First I did do the resistance band routines that I wanted to do on Friday
On Saturday was our first meeting for the Spring Guadalupe River www.grpg.org/
walking group I belong to. Well it poured
that morning so our leaders who are experienced fitness coaches led us in an hour of various fitness exercises using reistance bands and weights. I came away exhausted
but feeling very accomplished
On Sunday, I knew my body would need a break from all I did on Saturday so I let my muscles rest. Still
On Monday I went to weigh in for my monthly lifetime weigtwatchers weigh in and I won the door prize-a pair of 3 lb hand weights
They came with 12 upper body exercises so I did 6 of them for 10 minutes
and I did 10 minutes of the other 6 today
I think I am well on my way to making this a habit!
