Short Term Goals

I just wanted to take the time to write out what my short term goals were! Today is March 7, 2014 and I am almost through week 1 of this thing:-) I do not plan to way myself until 5 weeks from now.
My current weight is 316 in 5 weeks April 7th, 2014 - I will be 306lbs
My other goal is to burn 600 calories a day
To finish a squat challenge
to be able to hold a plank for a whole minute
