Goals I Achieved For February:
1. Tracked my food, and exercise for the entire month!
2. Sent goodies and/or comments to my team members, and took part in the chat room almost everyday!
3.Took better care of myself, by eating better, and more exercise (For the most part, I did a good job of these, but could do better.)
4. I did cut my smoking for about 1/2 of the month--am working for the whole month
5. I did start going through winter clothes, and some paper work, and pictures
Goals I Have Set For March:
I want to hopefully continue with these goals, as well as the following:
Do something "NICE" for myself everyday (this is a very hard for me, but will try, even if it is just telling myself I'm worth it)
Do something "NICE" for someone else everyday (saying hi, opening a door, giving a hug, etc.)
Start going through spring clothes, and unpack Easter decorations. (to put out after St. Patrick's Day)
Get a start on Spring cleaning, even if it is a short amount of time a day!!
Eat more fruits and veggies.
Drink more water each day.
Drink less coffee a day
Hopefully I can succeed or come close to achieving these goals. We will find out next month!!
