100DWL: Days through 16

Some recent lessons I don't agree with. I am all for portion control when you take food, and for wrapping and saving what you can't eat. But my personal ethics don't condone throwing food away.
The one lesson I will have to try is the take two bites of comfort food then move on. Part of me so hates to be pushy, but why not suggest sharing a cookie with a friend when at starbucks or panera? I guess the alternative is to bring a ziplock and take half of it home for tomorrow.
In any case, I gained a few while away from home, and have lost just about all of it after a few days back on the plan. i am travelling next week, and simply have to do better about eating healthy while away from home.
On another note: bought a fitbit. Loving it so far. Definitely motivates me to move more.
