Blister, Blister Go Away

I recently joined the Park and Rec. to add additional exercise to my daily routine. After two days of walking and row machine activity, I have a blister on the back of my left foot that is the size of a half dollar. Unfortunately, half way through my workout yesterday the blister popped. It is very painful to exercise now. I was able to complete Spark People exercises with Coach Nicole today with no shoes on. Does anyone have any tips to reduce the blister pain so that I can continue to workout with shoes on? I already miss going to the Park and Rec. and I just started. Have any of you had this problem from working out on the row machine?
