The Binge Monster Returns

Friday, March 14, 2014

I thought I had locked all the doors and boarded up all the windows, but I must of forgotten one because the binge monster found his way into my home today. Oddly, he looks a lot like me.

After doing really well for quite some time, I had an all out binge today.

I got out of routine and everything spiraled out of control. The sad part is that i am not even sure if I accounted for everlything. (If you see my tracker...the 1600 calories at the bottom were the binge)
I used to eat like that almost every day. OMG! I hate that feeling of being out of control. Not waiting for tomorrow to get back on track. Doing it now. Trying not to beat myself is probably the hardest part of all.

Get some extra cardio in: trail that little sucker , push him into the bathroom and flush him to lands where all of the naturally skinny people live!! Don't let him breed for cripes sake!!!!!!!!!!!

Same monster visited my house last night. Don't know what brought it on, but I plan on getting me some monster spray to keep it at bay. emoticon May as well laugh at myself. Can't change what I already did. Crying won't help or change it. All I can do is plan for a better today. Must...drink...more...juice...That'
s my plan as I make my grocery list for the coming week.
