Is there ever a time when we stop learning...or re-learning?

I'll be the first to say, I think I know it all...I just can't remember it!
When I checked in again here at Spark People after a few years, I began tracking my food & water intake. I don't know how, but I had nearly completely stopped drinking water...probably averaging about 16 ounces a day. When I started tracking, it really opened my eyes (again) about how much I needed water! And with the addition of water, the desire for pop (soda) has nearly disappeared!
So I am learning this lesson again. And I'm sure I will pick up a few other tidbits to add to my knowledge bank as I browse around.
