Meeting Goals

Trying to celebrate my victories as I am on this journey towards the body I want. First, Today is Friday and that means I am one full week of sticking to my eating with no mistakes. yeah!

I squatted 185 this week :).......when I made that goal i thought I was reaching.....I did ten reps which means I know I can go heavier. 200 here I come.

Benched 145...wow, I remember when I tried 120 and couldn't get one rep...looking towards 160

I love my weightlifing routine so much. Three months strong of lifting hard 3-4 times a week. Love it.
Though I haven't seen a huge change on the scale, my body fat is down about 6% and everythigng seems to be fitting better. I don't measure until the first, but super excited to see what I get.
