I've been tracking my food for the last 4 or 5 days and noticed that I do well during the day but binge at night out of boredom. It's worse because I'm mindfully binging, I have one packet of crisps and then think well I've already gone over on my calories, might as well eat another 3 packets. All or nothing thinking, it's not working!
