Trouble with Late Night Snacking
Monday, March 24, 2014
For some reason, I cannot stop stacking at night. Before starting my Spark Healthy Living Plan, I spent years eating ice cream, sugary cereal, candy bars, buttery popcorn, and other unhealthy snacks right before bedtime. I have been eating healthier since January 1st but I still feel hungry and think that I need to eat 1 or 2 snacks every night before I go to bed. I am trying to eat healthy snacks, like a prune or apple, but understand that you are not supposed to eat right before you go to bed. I have also been frustrated with my weight loss progress, I thought that I would have lost more weight by now. I changed my eating habits, am staying within my calorie limits, and am meeting my exercise goals, so why am I not losing more than 1/2 to 1 pound a week? I have not tried a Spark Coach yet, so that might be my next logical step. If anyone has any tips for me, they would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Spark Friends for all of your support and taking the time to read my blog message.
