I braved the Monday morning traffic for 3 miles of pure, uninterrupted jogging.
I'm very proud of myself.
I managed to curb my anxiety by internally saying "$% you, and you, and @#%# you," at every car and person I passed.
But whatever gets you through your run, right?
Although I was a little boggled when tracking my jog n' walk this morning - shaved a mere five minutes off my total time (I'm a slow jogger, but a fast walker, hehe), but somehow burned 300 more calories, according to the fitness tracker. I'm thinking it may be a bit unreliable, lol.
