Morning Vegetable Ideas?

I can easily eating 4 to 6 servings of fruit each day but I need to add more vegetables into my diet. In the past, my family ate fried potatoes, tater tots, or hash browns each morning with their breakfast. I really like sauteed yellow squash to eat at breakfast but this is getting old. Do any of you know of any flavorful and/or fun cooked vegetable ideas for breakfast?
