A Day Off

Thursday, March 27, 2014

So, I have 4 days off from Walgreens. Thursday and Friday are considered a part of this work week, and Saturday and Sunday are a part of next week's schedule.

My goal for these four days: to stay on my plan and to clean my apartment.

I let myself sleep in this morning then got up and did my stretches and crunches. Jim called to go over the ebook I've been creating for him. He has lots of changes for me to make.

After my roommate (Soozi) got up we went walking in the mall (around noon). We came home so that I could fix a healthy lunch and take my vitamins. While fixing lunch, Eddie called. (My best friend.) He wants me to send him the information we created for a website we were working on. I'll need to put this onto a usb and mail it to him.

Soozi and I went to the Natural Grocers and got some herbal tea and Nugo Slim bars. The Nugo Slim bars were on sale by the case. They are Fabulous!!!! All natural, non-gmo, low carbohydrate, low sugar, high protein. This means that Soozi, who is diabetic, can eat them too! Then it was off to Central Market for Mootopia--low sugar milk.

We might go see a movie tonight: God's Not Dead. Sounds really good.

But, I still have to organize the papers I brought home from Walgreens.

So, on my first day off, I have to work on an ebook for one person, work on files for another person, and work on paperwork for Walgreens. Day off???
