Strength Training

Today i started strength training...at first I felt sad because I could only do 5 push ups and hold my plank for 20 seconds but I told myself. its ok tomorrow you will do more and the next day and the next . We have to all start somewhere. My new goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of April :-) excited to see what happens :-)
