Mini-goal: get started with a streak of 5/5s
* I've chosen five daily goals for my challenge. They are: drinking eight glasses of water; exercising at least 30 min. 6X/week; to track/journal; stay within my calorie range of 1200-1400 c/day; eat more whole, fresh foods and less sugar and processed foods.
What happened: I didn't prep my food in advance. Went straight to the computer to work on a multi-hour project with just my coffee and a small handful of nuts. Got home from rehearsal at 9 pm...hungry! No prep - just ate.
Misc : my walking gear arrived next day via UPS. Haven't opened the package yet but what I expect to find is a pair of walking shorts (longer length, breathable, non-chafing) and a zip up hoodie (lightweight and moisture wicking for warming up.) Those were my planned purchases. I threw in a "matching" t-shirt in anticipation of sweating in style!?! Will they fit? not sure but probably not. They will hang in my closet as an incentive to be able to wear them when warmer weather actually arrives in six(?) weeks.
