Hi everyone yesterday I went to the doctor just for my usual 3 month check in and found out that since the beginning of the year I have gained 13lbs back. I told him that I have cut down on what I been eating and said what is next on losing this weight. All he said to me is get up and move around a lot more but be careful.
I thought man that is so helpful so been looking up more chair exercises and found out there is a lot more out there then I thought there was.
Thinking I need to figure out how to get the umph up to get moving knowing that once I get started with a task I stay on it until it is done for that section at least. Then I need the umph to get up the next day to do the same thing.
I told dh that maybe I should just walk around the house a lot to get in 2 or 3 miles a day going in a circle until this rain stops. But that is boring to do that every day several times (I know excuses, excuses). When the weather is good enough to go outside I can take one dog to the corner and back, (since we have three dogs) that would be three trips to the corner and back. the round trip is about 1/2 mile so that would get me 1 1/2 miles a day as long as I keep it up.
Weather here in California is raining, in the summer time it can get up over 100 at times. So need some suggestions on how to make the exercise fun so it would be more like play time so to speak.
