OMG, WHERE did the first quarter of the year go??

I haven't made any forward progress, BUT: I've stabilized at 137-138. I'm still exercising a lot but as usual, my eating has been inconsistent which is why I haven't lost any more.

Isn't it true that we have to keep things fresh on our journey, that we need to find ways to continually motivate ourselves? So to shake things up I rejoined Weight Watchers tonight!

Fully-dressed and after drinking all my water and eating all day I weighed in at 141. Since I became a lifetime member in 1977 (yes, really), all I have to do is get down to 137 on the WW scale and I'all be able to attend meetings for free. Yippee!

I'm kind of excited about it. I would like to lose another 10 pounds or so and think the accountability of weighing in every week will be a good motivator to be more strict with what I eat.
