I went to join Weight Watchers, but when I asked about keeping track of carbs, proteins, and fats. They had no answer for me other than to say I could "figure" it out by reading nutrition labels. I have to say I learned from spark my biggest nutrition problem was in NOT eating enough fats. Learning all about their "points" system and taking time to go to meetings was NOT going to work for me. I just NEEDED to stay on SPARK with commitment. Now, I'm down 5# in 13 days and am so HAPPY to return to SPARK first thing every morning.
If you are thinking of giving up on this thing called SPARK, I am here to tell you it will be more work to return. The mind forgets what it was doing when you were successful with the food issues and extra weight on those weary bones.
