finding my way this weekend

I am so bummed out, I lost my activity tracker today. I had an outpt procedure and forgot it was on my pants. I honestly don't know what I did before I purchased this great little motivator. I am going to have to find my old pedometer and keep track of steps again.
right now I am in the habit of checking my tracker 3-4 times daily, I had it down to what activity and how many minutes I needed to do to receive my glow getter or surpass my goal of steps daily.
So my challenge is the steps but also no info on calories burned and miles etc. [have a relic of a pedometer] thank goodness for sparkpeople and the nutrition tracker.
The second part of my challenge this weekend is to find some upper body exercises to keep me busy while my leg is healing. Since I retired June 2011 I have worked out 4-5 days a week at curves and zumba 2 days per week, it has become such a habit I get very "antsy" when I miss a day. what to do for a whole week.... it can't involve the kitchen!!
