Back On Track

My hubby and I are back on the Fitness track! Woo Hoo!

I have lost some weight and some inches!

Discovered Body Pump class at my local Fox Valley YMCA and continuing Zumba and Spin Classes.

Tracking my Nutrition and Fitness, and not ashamed of the results either!

Somehow this feels right this time!

The hubby is my fitness buddy and although he does not track anything having him exercise with me and both of us trying to eat right really is a great help!

I am in the Spring into Shape Bootcamp Team with SP and that is helping keep me accountable too!
