Yesterday I started a new challenge called Back to the Scale. I am the Pink Pirate team.
We are just getting underway and I have a lot to learn and figure out - but one of the things I have to do is figure out my goals for the 10 week challenge.
I am coupling this with my continuation of Isagenix.
So here goes:
1) Complete 2nd 30 days of Isagenix. If I have achieved my 20 pound desired weight loss reevaluate the system and how I want to use it in my life. If not to the 20 - consider month 3.
2) Cardio 5 days / strength 3 - focusing my strength on core, arms and tush.
3) Be more mindful in my food choices
That is all I can think of for now - but given our hectic baseball lives that are getting ready to explode - it might be enough.
