3rd cleanse - in the books

Sunday, April 13, 2014

Tomorrow is weigh in day for BTS, and it is also the morning after my 2 day cleanse. I am thinking that I might bail on the last one if I don't see interesting results.....It is so hard to just not eat.

It is even harder to feed my family and not eat. I tried to cook things that I don't love so I wasn't upset but it is still hard.

The actual cleanse part is not too tough - I get through with the things that Isagenix has - it is just a long 2 days. I picked the weekend this time so that I was super busy and also because I don't usually hit the gym on the weekend due to the kids crazy schedules.

It will throw me off for tomorrow though too - because I can't really do well at the gym until I get something into the system. I feel too weak.

I'm so amazed that you are able to be so disciplined about it. I wouldn't make it if I had to cook for everyone else.

Bless your heart, you're a Rock Star if you made it through that! I've never done a cleanse like that and from the sound of it I'm sure I never could. I can't feed my family without eating something. That would kill me!

I don't know how you cook and don't eat, I swear I couldn't do it.

I do the cleanse during the week at work and I think it's a long two days no matter how you slice it.

I'm like you, I like the easiness of the shakes but I also like my family meal.

I actually think if I do the 2nd month I might just do shakes.

You're going great though and have been such a huge support for me too!

    Keep it up!
