Not feeling well but trying to turn things around. Here are my goals for the week.

Mindset Weekly Goal: Approach each day knowing you can and that success is a matter of many small, healthy choices
Mindset Fitness Goal: Listen to your body and do what you can; Reach a little further than you thought was possible
Mindset Nutrition Goal: Build on the healthy habits you are creating; Appreciate the good choices and make better choices when appropriate
Mindset Self-Reflection Goal: Remember that you are moving forward and that is all that matters. The tortoise won the race!
Mindset Accountability: Be consistent, be real, be gentle
