You're Purpose and Reason WHY

What is your reason WHY you want to lose weight, get fit or improve your health. What's your true motivation?
You can't get caught up with the number on the scale, pant sizes or the notches on a tape measure. Yes, you really want those numbers to go down, but that's not what really motivates or inspires you. Find a purpose. A reason WHY that is so powerful it moves you to want it and show up to work for it everyday.
My reason WHY I started my journey, was because I knew the shell of a person didn't match the personality inside. In fact, it was holding that personality back physically, mentally and emotionally. As my shell shrank the personality grew into someone I never knew was possible for me to be. I never knew I hoped to inspire other people. I never knew I could be so positive and be happy with myself and life. I never knew it was possible to not feel like I'm aging. I never knew what it felt like to be truly proud of myself.
If you want something you've never had you're going to have to do things you don't normally do. You'll have to put in effort to reach your goals, but it's easier when you have motivation and a reason WHY.
