I left SP one year ago after I lost 50 lbs. I thought that I could maintain it on my own, but in the past year I regained 17 lbs.
I was tracking my calories and fitness using MyFitness Tracker on my iPhone, but it didn't help me to make better food choices. In addition, all of the excess food I tracked didn't motivate me to consume less calories either despite the number on the scale creeping back up.
I have returned to SP, because SP offers more than just tracking tools. It offers nutrition plans, motivational stories, and real people out in cyberspace who can encourage me.
It's back to the basics for me, but this time my goal is to keep the weight off for good.
