Abs...the day after....

I didn't have to call the fork lift to get me out of bed this morning, but I can tell that I did something different yesterday.
I really feel it in my oblique's, which is great. Maybe I will define my waist a little better if I keep doing some of the things that we did yesterday.
Today I decided to try a spin class. I haven't taken one since my youngest son got sick last March, and I love it. Nothing like killing yourself to get a good sweat on. I also feel I get a great quad workout from spinning, where running targets my hamstrings.
The instructor was great. Noticed right away that I was new, and asked me if I had any questions. She then noticed that I was clipped into my pedals with bike shoes, and asked where I have taken classes. I told her it had been over a year - and she said do what you can.
The class was great. Lots of long hills, and climbing. Not a lot of sprinting. Perfect combos of standing and sitting.
I was a sweaty mess by the time the class was all over. I also realized that my fitbit does not track well. I had 3,000 steps at the start of the class and only had 5,000 at the end. The class was an hour long, and I know I took more than 2000 pedals...Oh Well.....now to push for the other 5000 today.
I then finished my workout with my "A" chart on my weight schedule that hubby put together for me. The pull ups are not getting any easier. I was hoping that I could decrease the amount of assist I am taking next week - but I don't know....
I also did the abs from the chart - and boy did I feel them today. On the chart are side planks, and OUCH, with sore oblique's these were a struggle.
