Exercise plan is 6 days a week: I only missed 1 day this month!
Get to 2000 minutes this month for the trophy
For nutrition/exercise, I had 6 things I was tracking. I averaged 4.7 out of 6
Read 5 books - Actually read 7
Pay extra on a bill. I met that goal!! I also paid off another bill!
Attend quilting class & make at least 1 block. The class was canceled, but I watched some quilting shows to give myself confidence. I ended up finishing an entire quilt & have started my second one!
Get down to 115 pounds - I gained,then got back down to my April starting weight
Go to the beach with my kiddos. Had a nice day & no one got sunburned!
Go bowling - maybe next month
Finish the Skinny Jeans challenge in April!
Overall, a pretty good month. It started slow & tough. I am so glad I persevered! I can't wait til next month!!
