May Goals

I have a lot of momentum from last month. Also, this is the last month of the 5% Spring Challenge. I really hope I can have another great month! Here are the things I'm working on:

Spring Clean my bedroom - clean my closet, organize my books, clean under bed

Make up 72 hour kits

Do May's Food Storage prep activity

Work thru Beck Diet Solution book

Finish 2nd quilt & start 3rd

Read 5 books

Fitness - focus on strength training. Limit cardio to 30 min a day and be sure to take 1 rest day a week

Nutrition - keep focus on my 6 daily things and aim for 5/6 average

Fully participate in May's "Ready, Set, Spark" group challenge

Be faithful to Clover Leaf Team - log in at least once a day, log exercise daily, do LTGL challenge at least once a week

Get to 75% of my weight loss goal (I haven't even made it to 25% yet in the 4 weeks of the challenge!!)

Print off boys baseball pictures from last 3 years & label

Save $200 toward vacation

I haven't been rewarding myself lately. So here are some rewards I will give myself when I accomplish one of my May Goals:
face mask
new shirt
new pj shorts
new book
1 hour of library time
new workout dvd
earrings (only for reaching 115 pounds)

Have a goal reaching month, friends

    I finally got my April/May goal of assembling 72 hour kits. All the food for my family is in a tote, not individualized, but it is DONE!!
    I also put together 5 dinner meals with stored food & LOTS of lunch type meals.

    Now on to May's assignment - put together Emergency Binders with contact info & stuff :)

    31 more days of Beck Diet book. I really, really want to get thru this book by the end of the month.

    Looks like you have some super goals! Been missing the cloverleafs, but perhaps on the next bout I will be back!
