I have started yet another BLC challenge. The last one I did round 24 was successful in the sense I lost approx. 10 #. I'm hoping to loose 10 more at least this round.
I have some new goals this next 12 weeks which include:
make exercise more fun-take a weekly zumba class, take a hike twice /month
go to a water aerobics class
also with food -update the food log -that seems to help with keeping my calories in check and watching trends -drink more water!
