BLC 25 Goals

My goals for this round are:

1. Eat more veggies.
2. Work on flexibility and daily stretching.
3. Keep sodium to under 2000mg a day.
4. Do some form of exercise daily.
5. Try new foods and new recipes.
6. Every day try to increase walking speed and endurance.
7. Deal with stress better.
