MY BLC 25 GOALS & FITNESS TEST

As an AMBER AMAZON WARRIOR I have set some goals for the 25th round of BLC!! My goals are as follows:
1. Reach Onederland (again). I plan to stay there barring any injuries that prevent me from exercising regularly. I have about 12 lbs to lose to reach onederland. I CAN DO IT!!
2. Track and measure all my food and drinks. I have gotten lazy about keeping track of what I eat and measuring my food. Prepare my lunches for the work week.
3. Go to the Y at least 2 times a week and increase my ST routine. I just recently started lifting weights again after injuring my wrist and shoulder last Oct. (2013).
My fitness results were okay. I haven't been able to do push ups since Oct. I started doing wall push ups and counter top push ups recently. I tried doing modified push ups and I did them. I am in the average section which I think is great after not being able to do them for months.
The crunch test I was just 1 rep away from being in excellent. I do a lot of crunches but I don't have tight abs. I can do better.
The 1 mile walk test was terrible. I was in the poor section. My mile walk is not a flat area. I have hills and they may make it harder for me. I have done a mile walk in my neighborhood in 15 minutes. I will get back there.
Now the 3 minute step I was in the good section. Pleasantly surprised. I will try doing that 3 min. step test more often.
I know I can improve and I will. The Warriors will push me when I need it!!
