Exercise on the Rocks

That's what I did today. I exercised on large rocks. First I took a 45 minute walk on this lovely path-


Then when I was finished I crossed the road to the parking lot where a playground and a gravel path are. I saw these huge rocks and thought since it was sunny and warm I should do some strength training outside. So I did. I did push-ups, leg lifts, tricep dips and stretching on these rocks.


I'm sure people thought I was crazy and it was super hot but I didn't let them stop me. This is me all red faced afterwards-

So, you don't need a gym membership or fancy equipment. Sometimes rocks will do.
