I've moved up to new weights

Yesterday I was away all day shopping in the city and one of the main things I wanted to get was some heavier dumbbells. I have been using 5lbs up till now and the last time I did the Bikini Workout program I did 45 reps straight without a pause and decided it was time to buy heavier weights so I got some 10 lbs. Tonight I used them for the first time. After the first set I thought I wasn't going to be able to do the 3 sets I usually do but I took my rests long enough to recover and kept on with the second set. Then I decided that was enough and did my crunches. After the crunches were finished I decided to see if I still had enough stamina to finish my 3rd set of 15 reps and I amazed myself by finishing all three sets of three different dumbbell exercises.
I also completed turning the soil for a new flowerbed along the driveway That took a long time and a lot of strength. I was pooped when I was finished with that.
