While on my weight loss journey I've heard so many people say that losing weight is easier than maintaining. To which I reply, "uh...doubtful" as I stared into the window of an icecream shop. I'm about 5months into hitting my goal weight and I gotta say "they" were right! Maintenance is hard!!! You start to slack alittle on exercise....eat whatever you want during a party...go out to eat more....I mean whats the problem , right? You've lost all the weight! Wrong! This is WHY I had to lose the weight to begin with! Poor eating and lack of exercise.
Over the last 5-6 months I've bounced around in poundage. 155....160...156...164...back down to 157...back up to 162...I'm struggling and I know it's because of my snacking/eating out on the weekends. I need a swift kick is butt to help get me back on track FULLY so I decided to sign up on DietBet and join a team! Why not? I love money and I"m super competitive! haha!! 4% in 4 weeks can be tough but it'll help me get alittle under my goal weight so I have some bounce room. I'd rather bounce around from 150-155 VS my now 155-160+! Challenge starts on the 15th and I'm pretty excited and MORE than ready!!
