Recovering from a bad fibromyalgia episode

I have only a couple of times in my life felt pain so bad that I put it in a level 9.
Yesterday I started the day off great. I woke up earlier than usual and decided it was so nice and not too cool that I would get a head start on my day by doing my 5k walking/jogging program early. Off my dog and I went and I jogged about 2km. which is an improvement that I have been working towards. I enjoyed doing my stretches in the pagoda alongside the walking path. Then it was back home and made a lunch for my husband and myself. The afternoon was warm and I had flower beds that I could still be doing some work in so I spent the next two hours playing in the dirt which I love to do. At three I was feeling the heat and tired from starting so early so I thought I would just lie down and have a bit of a rest. I fell asleep until 5:45. At 6 I got up to go to the washroom and could feel the beginnings of a flare-up. I was feeling shaky. By 7 my irritable bowls were expelling themselves and I had a migraine. I got up to use the washroom again and was shaking so badly I went right back to bed. Now usually on Monday nights I like to watch Dancing with the Stars, The Voice and Castle. By the time Dancing with the Stars was halfway finished I was using the washroom again. Back in bed I couldn't stop shivering. I used my heating pad to warm myself up and within half an hour I felt like I was in a sauna. Obviously my thyroid was messing with my metabolism now. I tried to watch Castle as this was the night they were supposed to get married. I couldn't make it. The discomfort of the flare-up, metabolism swings, migraine and irritable bowels and stomach had me curled up in a fetal position waiting for the episode to end. It lasted until 11 pm. before it started to subside and I could relax enough to fall asleep. Today I am feeling battered and wrung out but relived the worst of the discomfort is over for now.
Today I received pictures just taken for me for Mother's Day.
