I've tried to do this for so long and I've ended up failing at the end and regaining the weight. I feel like this time I can finally break the cycle. I love myself enough to let go of food and find something else in my life t hat makes me feel good. I can do this. I ate well for breakfast, snack and lunch.
I ate past the point where I was no longer hungry at lunch. I should have just stopped and saved part of the salad for later. Next time I will do this.
I will try my best to eat small portions for dinner and slow down so that I make sure that I'm not hungry late into the night. Hydration and the right mindset is key!
