May Update

Thursday, May 22, 2014

My momentum from April has completely fizzled out!! I am late with this update. Here it is for what its worth :

emoticon Spring Clean my bedroom - clean my closet, organize my books, clean under bed (only cleaned my night stand)

emoticon Make up 72 hour kits

emoticon Do May's Food Storage prep activity (make up Emergency Binder)

emoticon Work thru Beck Diet Solution book (finished 1/2 the book. decided to keep the last half for the summer challenge. It is really motivating)

emoticon Finish 2nd quilt & start 3rd (the 2nd one is not quite big enough for my son, but he'll use it as a lap quilt. 3rd quilt is for youngest son. I'm about 1/2 way finished with the top)

Read 5 books (only 2 finished so far)

emoticon Fitness - focus on strength training. Limit cardio to 30 min a day and be sure to take 1 rest day a week (changed plan about a week into the month. Not sure I'll ever stick with a plan emoticon

emoticon Nutrition - keep focus on my 6 daily things and aim for 5/6 average (doing pretty good with this goal. Average for month so far is 5.1!)

emoticon Fully participate in May's "Ready, Set, Spark" group challenge (its been a ton of fun! One last week to go)

emoticon Be faithful to Clover Leaf Team - log in at least once a day, log exercise daily, do LTGL challenge at least once a week

emoticon Get to 75% of my weight loss goal (I haven't even made it to 25% yet in the 4 weeks of the challenge!!) (I'm over 1/2 way there! One and a half pounds to lose in 9 days.)

emoticon Print off boys baseball pictures from last 3 years & label
emoticon Save $200 toward vacation

Over all, 6 good "grades" & 4 bad ones. We have the rest of this week for school, then next week I will try to meet some more of my goals.
