~ Maintain my weight (115-117 pounds). This will be slightly difficult since my dear hubby will be on vacation for half the month! All my normal routines will be out the window & into that window will fly restaurant meals & dessert (almost) every night!! I’m planning to use a simple daily paper checklist to stay on track so I don’t freak out too much over not “being perfect” on my personal goals (within calorie range, protein & fiber “quotas”, ect) and tracking every bite of food.
~ Exercise daily. I have short workouts scheduled even during vacation. We also plan to do a lot of yard work, so that will help burn some extra calories! I’ll also try to get some stretching/pilates in in the evenings. I’m shooting for at least the 1500 minute trophy this month.
~ Read 5 books
~ Do June’s Prepping Activity (will add link later)
~ Finish 3rd quilt (for my youngest son) and start 4th (a queen sized one for hubby!)
~ Daily Nutrition plan: 10 cups water, 5 freggies (at least 1 salad per day), controlled portions at lunch & dinner, dessert only 3 times a week
~ Complete Summer 5% Challenge activities (before the official challenge starts)
~ Work on “doing” my One Word daily. My word this year is “love”. My goal is to chronicle “how” I show love each day to those around me.
Super excited to have another month to work on my healthy habits!
