Would like to improve

So I am back to a heavier weight, but I am not beating myself up about it. That being said I do want to restart my workouts! I was thinking about how I have done this successfully in the past and I know a big step was from the support of SparkPeople!

I also would like a daily blog where I can record how I feel and such. I think that is important to my overall health.

So I just graduated college and moved home. When I got here I realized that my niece was not being looked after and didn't even have a bedroom in my sisters new home. Now she lives with me and I have been taking care of her for the last 1 1/2 months. She is 4 years old and she so wonderful. I know that I annoy my boyfriend how much I talk about her. At the moment she is one of my top priorities.
I feel like I am slipping back into depression. I don't think this town is very good for me but I have to stay here for my niece. I am taking steps however!

New Goals for Summer 2014~
1) high intensity work out 5x a week
2) "juicing" (fresh vegetable/fruit juice) 2x a day
3) daily hike
4) good grades on my online class
5) keep a clean house
6) stop eating at fast food places
7) drink plenty of water


Longer-term goals:
1) get into occupational therapy school
2) get custody of my niece
3) move-in with my boyfriend


So I am excited to start this journey again! Hopefully I can get back in touch with some of my old friends on here, and of course make new ones
