How I'm feeling Today

I'm feeling good about tracking, and am making healthy choices. I'm losing weight at 1-2 lbs a week. Today, I calculated my BMI, and am down 0.6 in five weeks as well as 11lbs. My clothes feel lose.
However, I live with nagging thoughts, hovering in the back of my mind. Reminding me that, this is only temporary. I've done this before and will give up, returning to my old habits in a couple months or so.
I need to find a way to stop holding myself back, and defeating my own purpose. To be my own cheerleader, and not my own worst enemy.
