First weekly weigh-in!!

I had a wonderful first week of exercising daily and measuring/tracking my food intake. I am happy to say I went from 244 to 237.8 !! I know that in a few weeks the losses will slow down but for now I am enjoying the large drops!!     How are you doin? I haven't seen you in quite some time.

    If the exercise keeps up he weight will keep coming down. Best of luck to you.
