More On The Way

Yoga has been centering me and taking away my stress. I'm really loving it and can do the poses standing or seated in a chair if I want since it's modified for larger women like myself.
I'm having lean cuisine spagetthi and green tea for breakfast. A bit unconventional but I like it. Then I'm going to shower and go get a new library book to reward myself. Yesterday was my cheat day and I ate way more than I planned but I did my fatblaster dvd and the yoga one.
I cannot wait God willing to lose another twenty pounds. That will put me at 200 exactly. Then get below that would be great. Wish me luck! G.
