Summer Challenge Exercise Commitment

Last Challenge, I did pretty good with my exercise. I even earned the 2000 minute trophy 2 months in a row!!
So this Challenge, I'm going to stick with what's been working - Walk Away the Pounds. And to challenge myself, I'm going to do a strength training plan based on SP videos. My plan is to do Upper body on Mon & Thurs, lower body on Tue & Fri, and ab work on Wed & Sat. I also plan to do yoga on Sundays. I'm going to decide on which videos I want to do now & stick with them for 4 weeks. Then I'll change to another for the last 4 weeks of the challenge.
So excited about this Summer 5% Challenge!!
Edit: I decided on my videos. I have them saved on You Tube. They are:
Arms - 7 minute seated with band & Bootcamp Day 3 - arms with dumbbells
Legs - Pilates hips & thighs workout & Tone Inner & Outer thighs
Abs - Flat & Fit abs (Jessica Smith) & 10 minute toning
I also thought to keep things interesting, I will change which days I start my rotation on. Week 1, start with arms. Week 2, start with legs. Week 3, start with abs. Then week 4 - any.
