CWF - week of June 15 through 21

emoticon 7 hours per night on 5 nights. Lose weight (2 pounds (ish)).

Good Nutrition Basics
Bikes, Hikes & other forms of cardio
Runners Club
Strength Training
Book Club (casual reader)
Kick Clutter to the Curb

(basically the same as last week)

June 15 through 21st:
Sunday - sinks and toilets that didn't' get done last week
Monday - litter box
Tuesday - pack for running after morning run
Wednesday - pack for running AND yoga after morning run
Thursday - pack for cycling after morning run
Friday - work on HMC curriculum
Saturday - put dinner in crock pot before leaving for PDIC course.

Last week, I met my goal to sleep 7 hours on FOUR nights. So close, yet, so far. Weightloss tracking got a little obsessive. I tracked every day and I despise doing so but I couldn't stop myself. REGARDLESS, I went from 129 down to 126.5 emoticon
