Last night was my second pilates class. After a long day of errands and obligations, I really didn't want to go. It was a struggle for me to get out the door.
But... Get out the door, I did.
Stretching out felt so good. The exercises were a little more bearable for me. I was able to do 1 that gave me such a hard time last week. I know that I have a lot of improvement ahead of me... but just the fact that I was able to engage.
Today, I'm feeling sore... in a good way.
This could very well be something that I continue with past August. And, that really surprises me to say that (in a good way).
