2014 Summer 5% Challenge Triggers

Most of my old trigger foods I stopped having and now completely by pass in the stores, since I went gluten-free.
My main trigger time now is the week before and/or the week of my T.O.M., when I tend to get the munchies. And may crave chocolate.
My strategy is to try to limit these items. Drink more water and/or exercise when I have the munchies or cravings.
