2014 Summer 5% Challenge Triggers

Most of my old trigger foods I stopped having and now completely by pass in the stores, since I went gluten-free.

My main trigger time now is the week before and/or the week of my T.O.M., when I tend to get the munchies. And may crave chocolate.

My strategy is to try to limit these items. Drink more water and/or exercise when I have the munchies or cravings.

    If you know when its coming, drink more water a couple days in advance, that seems to
    help off set the cravings.... I get the munchies too...

    emoticon on being able to stop the foods,, for the most part that are triggering.

    I've also gone gf and it's making such a nice difference in my arthritis !! WOOHOOOO !! I was talking to a friend today,,, she has done some research on this,, she loves doing research,,,, and found that todays wheat,, they add things in to make them grow 2x's as fast as they did in the 70s,,,, so that's why it tastes so diff ! I had wondered why. I used to LOVE white bread (also whole grains) bu, than the white (which isn't goof for ya as the whole greains are ),, but now white bread to me tastes "Chemical". I am one who can smell things,, taste things with no porb,,, not so grewat when someone has a dirty cat box ! but GREAT when someone makes a meal I am going to ENJOY !
