I just hate moving the tracker up. Today I figured that if I was looking at the actual tracker weight, maybe it would help me to work even harder at getting this unwanted weight off. So I have moved the tracker up those three pounds that I keep playing with. Lose them, put them back on. We have all been here before and I'm hoping that this will be the last time that I have to set the tracker up. May it only need changing to bring the figure downward.
